What we do.
The same service lines as everywhere else in the country, with our own crew.
Design and construction
Site visit, 3D design and reinforced-concrete structure with engineering calculations. A residential pool takes 8 to 12 weeks.
Finishes
Eleven finishes across three families: glass-ceramic mosaic, natural stone — including Sukabumi — and structural glass.
Equipment and heating
Hayward and Pentair pumps, salt chlorination, heating and phone control.
Maintenance
Scheduled service visits, including on pools we did not build.

A pool is not built the same way everywhere. This is what the area forces you to resolve.
The photo closes the booking
On Airbnb and through agencies, the pool is the first image in the listing. That is why the edge, the finish colour and the night lighting matter as much as the size — a well-built pool that photographs badly is not doing its job.
Peak use
Twelve people one weekend and nobody for the next two. The system is sized for the peak and left in an economy mode the rest of the time, without letting water quality slip.
Maintenance without the owner
If you do not live in the country, somebody else runs the pool. We pick equipment that is simple to operate, leave the system documented, and service it ourselves if needed.
