Pools in Alajuela.

We design and build pools and spas across Alajuela, with our own crew and work you can go and see.

What we do in Alajuela.

The same six service lines as in the rest of the country, with our own crew.

Design and construction

Site visit, photorealistic 3D design and a reinforced concrete structure with engineering calculations. A typical residential pool takes 8 to 12 weeks.

Remodeling

New finishes, leak repair, equipment replacement and hydraulic upgrades on pools that already exist.

Monthly maintenance

Chemicals, cleaning and equipment checks on a scheduled visit. We also service pools we did not build.

Equipment, heating and automation

Hayward and Pentair pumps, filters, gas, electric or Techno-Solis solar heating, plus lighting and phone control.

What changes in Alajuela.

A pool is not built the same way everywhere. This is what the area forces you to solve.

Ground and water table

Much of Alajuela has a high water table. That means dealing with uplift against an empty shell: unplanned, a well-built pool floats when drained for maintenance.

Machinery access

Lots in Naranjo, Grecia and San Ramón often have narrow or sloped access. It is settled during the visit, because it changes the excavation method and the cost of moving earth.

Climate and use

The western valley has cool nights. It is the area where a thermal cover or a heat pump is most justified if the pool is to be used year-round.
