Pool design & construction
One team handles the 3D design, the build, the finishes, and the startup.
Every pool starts with a site visit and a photorealistic 3D design. From there we build with our own crew: reinforced concrete structure, certified hydraulic systems, and luxury finishes, with permanent supervision through handover.
We build residential, commercial, and structural-glass pools across all seven provinces of Costa Rica, with structural design and electromechanical engineers on staff.
- Photorealistic 3D design before we build
- Reinforced concrete structure with engineering calculations
- Finishes: Arts and AltoGlass glass-ceramic tile, quartz, and stone
- Startup, commissioning, and owner training
From excavation to handover
Our own crew, not subcontracted.

How it gets built, step by step.
From day one to water. Same order in all seven provinces.
- Technical visitWe go to the lot, measure, check machinery access and the water table, and listen to how you will use it. The visit is free.
- 3D designBefore any digging you see the pool rendered in your own yard: shape, depths, finish, lighting and the coping detail.
- Scope and price in writingFixed quote with a schedule. No hidden costs: whatever is out of scope is said up front, not later.
- Excavation and structureReinforced concrete with engineering calculations. The structure is the one thing you cannot fix later, so it is where we do not cut.
- Plumbing and equipmentPiping, skimmers, returns, pump and filter — all sized for the real volume of the shell, not by habit.
- FinishArts or AltoGlass glass-ceramic, quartz or stone. You pick the finish holding the sample, at our showroom.
- StartupFilling, initial chemical balance and training: how the equipment works and what to do each week.

Frequently asked questions
How long does it take to build a pool?
A typical residential pool takes 8 to 12 weeks, depending on the site, size, and finishes. You get a written schedule along with the quote.
Do you work outside the San José metro area?
Yes. We have built more than 600 projects across the country, from Guanacaste to Limón.
Are there hidden costs in the quote?
No. We deliver scope, timeline, and costs in writing before we start. No surprises.
