Design and construction
Site visit, 3D design and reinforced-concrete structure with engineering calculations. A residential pool takes 8 to 12 weeks.
Finishes
Eleven finishes across three families: glass-ceramic mosaic, natural stone — including Sukabumi — and structural glass.
Equipment and heating
Hayward and Pentair pumps, salt chlorination, heating and phone control.
Maintenance
Scheduled service visits, including on pools we did not build.

A pool is not built the same way everywhere. This is what the area forces you to resolve.
A pool that has to photograph
Much of the work here is for rental property, and the pool photo is what closes the booking. That shifts the design priorities: the edge, the finish and the night lighting matter as much as the size.
Hard sun and evaporation
Guanacaste loses far more water than the central valley. The system is sized for it, and a cover stops being a luxury — it pays for itself in water and chemicals.
Maintenance from abroad
If the owner does not live here, the pool has to be serviceable by a local caretaker. We pick equipment that is simple to operate and leave the system documented.
