Commercial work has different requirements: bather load, health regulations, and a pool that cannot close in high season.
What we do.
The same service lines as everywhere else in the country, with our own crew.
Design and construction
Site visit, 3D design and reinforced-concrete structure with engineering calculations. A residential pool takes 8 to 12 weeks.
Finishes
Eleven finishes across three families: glass-ceramic mosaic, natural stone — including Sukabumi — and structural glass.
Equipment and heating
Hayward and Pentair pumps, salt chlorination, heating and phone control.
Maintenance
Scheduled service visits, including on pools we did not build.
What has to be solved here.
A pool is not built the same way everywhere. This is what the area forces you to resolve.
Bather load and turnover
A commercial pool is sized by how many people use it, not by square metres. The filtration cycle has to be faster than residential, and the system able to hold water quality through a season peak.
Code and safety
Health regulations, marked depths, anti-entrapment drains and access. It is resolved in the design, because afterwards it cannot be corrected without breaking concrete.
It cannot close
A hotel does not shut its pool in high season. Construction and service are scheduled around occupancy, and equipment is chosen for parts availability in-country.
