What happens on each visit.
A monthly plan is a routine, not an emergency. This is what the technician does every time.
- Water chemistryMeasuring and adjusting chlorine, pH and alkalinity. Green water is almost always neglected chemistry, not lack of cleaning.
- Physical cleaningFloor, walls, waterline and skimmer baskets. The leaf you do not remove today is next week’s phosphate.
- Equipment checkPump, filter, chlorinator and heating. Equipment that is starting to fail warns you first — if someone is listening.
- ReportWe leave a note of what was done and what should be looked at. Without a report, maintenance and doing nothing look the same.
