Cost
How much does a pool cost?
What actually moves the price, explained plainly — and why we quote a closed price, never a “starting from”.
What we do.
With our own crew, anywhere in the country.
Design and construction
Site visit, 3D design and reinforced-concrete structure with engineering calculations. 8 to 12 weeks for a residential pool.
Infinity and vanishing edges
Edge levelled to the millimetre, catch basin and surge tank. It is what gets asked for wherever there is an ocean view.
Finishes
Eleven finishes: glass-ceramic mosaic, natural stone — Sukabumi and Green Bio-tile — and structural glass.
Remote maintenance
Scheduled visits and a documented system, for when the owner does not live in the country.

What has to be solved here.
A pool is not built the same way everywhere.
What moves the price most
Not size alone. Ground conditions weigh more — slope, rock, a high water table — along with the type of edge (an infinity edge needs a surge tank and a second pump) and the finish, which ranges from standard mosaic to natural stone laid piece by piece.
What people forget to budget
The equipment room, the electrical and water connections, earth moving if access is narrow, and the deck around it. They are part of the job and we include them in the quote from the start, not as extras that surface later.
Why a closed price
We quote a fixed price after the site visit, not a “starting from” that grows afterwards. If something changes the scope we discuss it before, not on the invoice.
