Guanacaste

Pool construction in Guanacaste.

New builds in Tamarindo, Junquillal, Pinilla, Santa Cruz and Papagayo — with our own crew staying on site.

What we do.

The same six service lines as everywhere else in the country, with our own crew.

Design and construction

Site visit, photorealistic 3D design and reinforced-concrete construction with structural calculations. A typical residential pool takes 8 to 12 weeks.

Remodeling

Finish replacement, leak repair, equipment swaps and hydraulic upgrades on pools that already exist.

Monthly maintenance

Chemicals, cleaning and equipment checks on a scheduled visit. We also service pools we did not build.

Equipment and heating

Hayward and Pentair pumps, filters, gas, electric or solar heating, plus lighting and phone control.

What has to be solved here.

A pool is not built the same way everywhere. This is what the area forces you to resolve.

Villas and vacation rental

Much of the work in Guanacaste is for rental property. That shifts the priorities: the pool has to photograph well, take heavy seasonal use and be maintainable by a local caretaker.

Soil and seismic design

Guanacaste is seismically active. The shell is reinforced concrete with structural calculations, not filled block. That is the difference between a seasonal crack and none.

Season deadlines

Nobody wants construction over Christmas or Easter week. We plan to hand over before high season, and that dictates when work has to start.
