Design and construction
Site visit, 3D design and reinforced-concrete structure with engineering calculations. A residential pool takes 8 to 12 weeks.
Finishes
Eleven finishes across three families: glass-ceramic mosaic, natural stone — including Sukabumi — and structural glass.
Equipment and heating
Hayward and Pentair pumps, salt chlorination, heating and phone control.
Maintenance
Scheduled service visits, including on pools we did not build.
What has to be solved here.
A pool is not built the same way everywhere. This is what the area forces you to resolve.
Beach condominium work
Much of the work here is in towers or condominiums, with pools at height or over a slab. That changes the structure entirely: weight, waterproofing and getting material up by lift or crane all have to be resolved.
Heat and peak use
It is the closest beach to San José, so the pool is packed on weekends and empty midweek. The system is sized for the peak, not the average.
Sand and wind
Sand blows in and ends up on the floor and in the filter. We size the skimmer larger and an automatic cleaner earns its keep.
