San José
Pool builders in San José.
We design, build and service pools across Escazú, Santa Ana, Curridabat and the greater metropolitan area.
What we do.
The same six service lines as everywhere else in the country, with our own crew.
Design and construction
Site visit, photorealistic 3D design and reinforced-concrete construction with structural calculations. A typical residential pool takes 8 to 12 weeks.
Remodeling
Finish replacement, leak repair, equipment swaps and hydraulic upgrades on pools that already exist.
Monthly maintenance
Chemicals, cleaning and equipment checks on a scheduled visit. We also service pools we did not build.
Equipment and heating
Hayward and Pentair pumps, filters, gas, electric or solar heating, plus lighting and phone control.

What has to be solved here.
A pool is not built the same way everywhere. This is what the area forces you to resolve.
Sloped lots
Much of Escazú, Santa Ana and Guachipelín sits on hillside. That decides whether the pool is sunken, cantilevered or needs a retaining wall — the single biggest cost driver, so we settle it during the site visit.
Machinery access
Gated communities and narrow streets often will not take an excavator. We price the excavation method upfront, because moving soil by hand changes both schedule and cost.
HOA rules
Most western-valley communities ask for drawings, working hours and sometimes insurance. We handle the paperwork; it is what delays a build most when left to the end.
