Liberia · Guanacaste
Pool builders in Liberia and Guanacaste.
We build in Liberia, Santa Cruz, Tamarindo, Papagayo and along the whole Guanacaste coast — with finished work you can go and see.
What we do.
The same six service lines as everywhere else in the country, with our own crew.
Design and construction
Site visit, photorealistic 3D design and reinforced-concrete construction with structural calculations. A typical residential pool takes 8 to 12 weeks.
Remodeling
Finish replacement, leak repair, equipment swaps and hydraulic upgrades on pools that already exist.
Monthly maintenance
Chemicals, cleaning and equipment checks on a scheduled visit. We also service pools we did not build.
Equipment and heating
Hayward and Pentair pumps, filters, gas, electric or solar heating, plus lighting and phone control.

What has to be solved here.
A pool is not built the same way everywhere. This is what the area forces you to resolve.
Sun and evaporation
Guanacaste loses far more water to evaporation than the central valley. That changes how the system is sized and makes a cover a cost-saving item rather than a luxury.
Salt air and wind
Near the coast, salt attacks lower-grade hardware — ladders, fasteners, grates. We specify marine-suitable steel from the design stage; replacing it later costs twice.
Building at a distance
Working five hours from our shop means planning differently: consolidated deliveries, a crew that stays on site, fewer but longer visits. That is what protects the schedule.
