Pool remodeling
We modernize existing pools: structure, finishes, lighting, and equipment.
Leaks, worn-out finishes, obsolete equipment, or a design you no longer love: we assess the true condition of your pool and propose a phased remodel, with a clear budget and defined timeline.
Many remodels are completed without demolition: new glass-ceramic finishes, LED lighting, and automation over the existing structure.
- Technical assessment of structure and leaks
- Equipment upgrades and LED lighting
- Conversion to saltwater or automated systems
Before and after
An existing pool can start over.

What can be repaired and what is worth rebuilding.
Not every old pool needs the same thing. The visit tells you which of the three cases is yours.
- LeaksFirst we locate the leak — shell, piping or fitting — before breaking anything. Breaking to look is the expensive part.
- New finishThe shell is fine; the surface is what wore out. We chip, patch and install glass-ceramic or the new finish.
- Plumbing brought up to dateUndersized old piping, pumps drawing more than they should, filters that no longer filter. Recalculated for the real volume.
- RedesignWhen the pool works but no longer fits what the family does today: adding a spa, steps, a sun ledge or lighting.
When to remodel and when to rebuild.
Included
- The shell is structurally sound
- The leak is locatable and specific
- The change is finish, equipment or partial shape
Not included
- Structural failure, where remodeling costs more than rebuilding
- Pools whose position on the lot is the problem
Frequently asked questions
How long will the pool be out of service?
It depends on the scope. A typical finishes remodel takes 2 to 4 weeks; we confirm it in writing.
Can you remodel without shutting down my hotel or condo?
Yes. We plan in phases and around your schedule so operations never stop.
Should I remodel or build new?
We evaluate on site and present both options with real numbers.
