Design and construction
Site visit, 3D design and reinforced-concrete structure with engineering calculations. A residential pool takes 8 to 12 weeks.
Finishes
Eleven finishes across three families: glass-ceramic mosaic, natural stone — including Sukabumi — and structural glass.
Equipment and heating
Hayward and Pentair pumps, salt chlorination, heating and phone control.
Maintenance
Scheduled service visits, including on pools we did not build.

A pool is not built the same way everywhere. This is what the area forces you to resolve.
Access and logistics
The peninsula is reached on gravel, and in the rainy season on a broken road. We plan around consolidated deliveries and a crew that stays on site — that is what holds the schedule when material takes a day to arrive.
Constant salt air
That close to the ocean, salt attacks any lower-grade hardware. Marine-suitable steel is specified from the design stage, and equipment is planned for more frequent service than in the central valley.
Seasonal use
Many are rental houses: full in the dry season, empty in the green. The pool is designed so it can be left in a low-consumption mode without turning green.
