Pools in Escazú and Santa Ana.
Hillside lots, valley views and homes where the pool is seen from inside. It is the kind of project we have built most in the western valley.
What we do in Escazú and Santa Ana.
The same six service lines as in the rest of the country, with our own crew.
Design and construction
Site visit, photorealistic 3D design and a reinforced concrete structure with engineering calculations. A typical residential pool takes 8 to 12 weeks.
Remodeling
New finishes, leak repair, equipment replacement and hydraulic upgrades on pools that already exist.
Monthly maintenance
Chemicals, cleaning and equipment checks on a scheduled visit. We also service pools we did not build.
Equipment, heating and automation
Hayward and Pentair pumps, filters, gas, electric or Techno-Solis solar heating, plus lighting and phone control.

What changes in Escazú and Santa Ana.
A pool is not built the same way everywhere. This is what the area forces you to solve.
Hillside lots
The dominant condition in the western valley. A pool on a slope is solved with a retaining wall and a calculated structure — and it is exactly where a glass edge stops being a luxury and becomes what makes the view usable.
The pool is seen from indoors
In these homes the window wall faces the water. That changes where the spa goes, which way the steps face and which finish is chosen, because it is on view all day, not only when someone swims.
Work inside gated communities
Entry hours, access control and neighbours ten metres away. The build is scheduled with that, not against it.
