Design and construction
Site visit, 3D design and reinforced concrete with engineering calculations. 8 to 12 weeks.
Equipment
Hayward and Pentair pumps, filters, salt chlorination, heating and phone control.
Finishes
Eleven finishes across three families: glass-ceramic, natural stone and structural glass.
Maintenance
Scheduled visits, including on pools we did not build.
What to know.
It rains twelve months a year
The Caribbean has no dry season. Rain dilutes the sanitiser and moves pH constantly: the system is sized for it and maintenance is scheduled differently than on the Pacific.
Jungle at the lot line
Leaf falls all year and the water takes organic load without pause. A larger skimmer, an automatic cleaner and a cover stop being optional — without them the filter runs at its limit permanently.
Water table and humidity
Much of the area has high groundwater. Uplift has to be resolved or the pool floats when drained, and humidity means the equipment room needs real protection.
